A while ago I was bought a roll of terribly glamorous silver refuse sacks. Is it really possible to ‘dress up’ the waste we create? Does it make us feel less guilty about it? Does a silver refuse sack have a higher status than an everyday black one? This collection is comprised of knitted links of various sizes aiming to create pieces that suggest opulence and luxury from an unlikely source - or perhaps a likely one?
